Abstract
The evolution of mobile communication technologies has fundamentally transformed how users interact and connect with the digital world. As we move into the era of 5G networks, there is an increasing demand for efficient and intelligent network management to accommodate the growing number of connected devices and ensure seamless connectivity. One such approach to address these challenges is the deployment of small cells. It enables to spread the load in a densely populated regions across multiple small cells and thereby help improve network capacity.
