Abstract
A numerical study of stepped conical shaped nanoantenna as elements of silicon transmissive metasurfaces for operation in the visible wavelength bands is presented. Improved transmissivity in comparison to cylindrical geometries [1] is observed in the 700nm to 800nm window.
