It has been found that route-B is efficient since it is eco friendly with short reaction time and satisfactory yield than route-A. The structure and formation of targeted Schiff bases (SBs) were confirmed by different spectroscopic techniques (1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass). Finally, in vitro antimicrobial screening result revealed that the synthesised SBs derivatives may act as moderate antimicrobial agents.false1, 2, 3-Triazole | aromatic azides | biological profile | Schiff base | substituted furaldehydeNew 1, 2, 3-triazole-Furan Scaffold Schiff bases: Design, Synthesis, Characterization and biological studiesArticle227845271-7September 20230arJournal0
