IR sensors working in LWIR and MWIR regions have an inbuilt cryo-cooler as they operate at very low temperatures, generally < 100 K. The cooler requires precise temperature information for its better-controlled operation. Typically, IR sensors have a semiconductor temperature sensor. This paper presents details of low noise, high-performance ASIC front-end design to achieve high-temperature resolution for precise control of cryo-cooler. Designed temperature processing ASIC achieves ≈ 3 mK temperature resolution and consumes very low power around < 4 mW. The design has been carried out using 1.8 V SCL CMOS 180 nm technology.falseConstant bias current | Infrared | Opamp | STS | Temperature resolutionHigh Resolution Temperature Sensor Signal Processing ASIC for Cryo-Cooler ElectronicsConference Paper18650937150-15720226cpBook Series6
