Abstract
In the previous chapters, several technical and non-technical aspects of rural and remote connectivity have been discussed such as the non-availability of backhaul communications infrastructure, affordability, power issues, HCI, among others. In this chapter, various systems architectures for establishing connectivity in the remote and rural regions are elucidated.
