Abstract
Tunable diode laser spectroscopy is used to classify several soft drinks brands based on absolute measurement of concentration and pressure of CO2 in the bottle headspace. Accurate FBG-based temperature sensing is also realized with a narrow linewidth tunable 1650nm laser and a fiber ring resonator.
